Position: Associate Pastor/ Director of Youth Ministries
Salary: $50,000/year

Jonestown Bible Church (JBC) is an independent, fundamental Bible church affiliated with the IFCA and has faithfully served the community for over 50 years. With an active church body of 150–200 members and its own Christian school, BMCS, we are seeking a spiritually mature leader, either an ordained associate pastor or a youth director desiring ordination and mentorship under the senior pastor, to become an Associate Pastor, to guide our next generation through youth, children’s, and family ministries.
Responsibilities

Lead and strengthen youth, children's, and family ministries.

Support and equip parents in discipleship at home.

Preach occasionally and participate in worship services.

Recruit, train, and support volunteers.

Coordinate curriculum for spiritual growth and discipleship.

Participate in outreach efforts to engage young families.
BMCS Ministry Responsibilities

Teach Bible classes at BMCS.

Lead and coordinate Jr./Sr. High Friday chapels.

Provide spiritual counsel and mentorship to students.

Communicate effectively with the school administration.

Qualifications
Spiritual & Character Qualifications:
-
Growing a personal relationship with Christ.

A heart for discipleship and evangelism.

Agreement with JBC’s Statement of Faith (Traditional Dispensational Theology).
Education & Experience:

Minimum two-year Bible College or Seminary degree.

Youth, family, or discipleship ministry experience. (preferred, but not required)
